Whispor negotiates. Inside your limits.
By email and supplier portal, between the target and the limit you set for every term. When a supplier's offer lands outside a limit, Whispor stops and asks you. You can take over at any time.

Whispor can negotiate with hundreds of suppliers at the same time.
Each one is checked against the same targets and limits your team set.
304 tail suppliers. 214 agreements.
Eight strategic suppliers stayed with the company's own negotiators. Whispor took the tail, with payment terms in every conversation: $2.4M in savings and $4.8M in working capital.
An industrial distributor did the same with indirect and MRO, the third wave of its plan: $580K from spend nobody had opened.

Take over at any time
Any negotiation moves to a person mid-round, with the history in front of them.
Business hours, their time zone
Whispor writes when the supplier is at work, not at 2am.
Three levels of autonomy
Ask me every time, send inside my limits, or run it to the close. Compare them
What the supplier gets.
Small suppliers are rarely negotiated with at all. This is what they see.
- Told it is AI. Suppliers know they are dealing with an AI agent acting for your team.
- No account, no install. They answer by email, or on a supplier page that needs no login.
- A structured choice. Two or three packaged offers, not a chatbot that argues back.
Northwind Foods procurement, via Whispor
Your 2027 pricing: three options
You are negotiating with an AI agent acting for Northwind Foods procurement. Anything outside agreed limits is reviewed by a person on their team.
Questions about Autonomous Negotiation
Limits and control
What stops Whispor from conceding too much?
Every term has a target and a limit you set. Whispor negotiates between them. Anything outside a limit stops and comes back to you.
Does Whispor act without approval?
No. Every goal starts with a plan you approve, and each negotiation runs at the level of autonomy you choose: ask me every time, send inside my limits, or run it to the close.
Can we step in during a negotiation?
Yes. Any negotiation can be taken over by a person at any time, mid-round, with the full history in front of them.
Do suppliers know they are negotiating with AI?
Yes. Suppliers are told they are dealing with an AI agent acting for your team.
Which negotiations suit autonomy?
Ones with a clear objective and room to trade: tail spend, renewals, payment terms and rate cards. Strategic suppliers are always led by a person, with Whispor on the call.
Tail spend
Which tail suppliers does Whispor negotiate?
The ones the plan says are worth it. Suppliers below the effort threshold, recently signed contracts and anything you exclude are left alone, each with a reason.
How many suppliers can run at once?
Hundreds, in parallel, each inside the same limits. Your team sees the exceptions, not every conversation.
Can we stop a campaign?
Yes. Pause one supplier, one wave, or the whole campaign at any time.
Renewals, payment terms and rate cards
How does Whispor know when renewals are due?
It reads renewal and notice dates from the contracts you add, and raises each renewal before the notice window closes.
Does Whispor renegotiate every renewal on its own?
No. The plan decides. Suitable renewals can run autonomously inside your limits; strategic suppliers are led by a person with Whispor on the call.
Is anything binding before we sign?
No. Whispor never signs a contract. Your team does.
How is the working capital calculated?
Annual spend with the supplier, multiplied by the days of extension, divided by 365. Whispor shows the figure per supplier and in total before you approve.
Which suppliers are left out?
Strategic, constrained or sensitive suppliers can be excluded, or moved to a person-led negotiation. The plan lists each one with the reason.
Can Whispor offer something in return?
Only what you allow. Any trade, such as faster approval of invoices, is set by your team before the campaign starts and recorded when it is used.
What does Whispor compare a proposed rate card against?
What you last paid for each line, where the proposed rate sits against the market, and what your committed volume was worth.
Does every line get challenged?
No. Whispor flags the lines worth challenging and why. Your team decides which lines can move and by how much.
Outcomes
When does Whispor count a saving?
When it shows up in what you paid. Whispor checks 45 days after each deal, against the forecast in the plan and the baseline agreed before work began.
Does Whispor change how it negotiates on its own?
No. After each negotiation it writes a review and proposes changes. Nothing changes until you approve, and an approved change applies only to new negotiations.
What does Whispor remember about a supplier?
What each supplier offered, conceded and asked for in every negotiation, kept on record and used in the next brief.
Compared with
How is Whispor different from Pactum?
Both negotiate the tail autonomously. Pactum is a mature autonomous-tail platform proven at mega-enterprise scale. Whispor starts from a goal and plans across sourcing, autonomous and assisted negotiation, and practice, so strategic suppliers, the tail and sourcing events sit in one plan.
How is Whispor different from Zycus Merlin ANA?
Zycus Merlin ANA is a tail-only autonomous negotiation module inside the Zycus suite. Whispor is one product that connects to any ERP or source-to-pay system by API, or starts from files, and covers strategic negotiation, the tail, sourcing and practice.
