Pilot

Prove Whispor on your negotiations. If it does not land, you pay nothing.

A pilot runs on one category or supplier population, against a baseline you agree before launch. The fee is flat and capped, and refunded in full if the pilot does not beat that baseline.

How a pilot runs

Small enough to control. Real enough to learn.

Choose scope

One category, one supplier population, or one negotiation type.

Set baseline

Agree how success is measured before anything runs.

Run

Whispor Assist, Whispor Autonomous, or both.

Decide

Review the evidence before expanding.

EXAMPLE PILOT SCOPE
Scope
One category. Eight strategic and forty autonomous opportunities.
Measure
Coverage, movement, buyer effort and supplier response.
Decision
Expand only if the agreed evidence supports it.
Proof

What the broader operating model has produced.

SELECTED ENGAGEMENTS

Verified savings across three supplier books.

Each began as a bounded engagement before it widened.

HEALTHCARE
$1.25M
PHARMA
$2.10M
INDUSTRIAL
$3.40M

Verified savings, measured against an agreed baseline. See the full cases

Control

The pilot is designed to make no easy too.

Defined scope

One category, one supplier population, or one negotiation type. Not a platform rollout.

Four to twelve weeks

Long enough to see how suppliers actually behave, short enough that nothing is locked in.

Refunded if it does not land

The fee is flat and capped. If the pilot does not beat the baseline agreed before launch, we refund it.

Terminate for convenience

Seven days' notice, at any point. Expanding afterwards is a separate decision.

Scope a pilot.

Three questions. We will come back with a scope, a baseline and a fee.

We reply within one working day.
